Insurance Accepted:

We bill most insurance, requiring your non-covered portion at the time of service. We have 'opted-out' of Medicare and Tricare. Currently accepting new Medicaid patients on a case-by-case basis. We are participating providers with Blue Cross.

Driving Directions:

Turn North on Main Street from the Parks Hwy. Turn left at the intersection with Bogard Rd., which becomes 'Nelson'. Take an immediate left onto Knik St. and we are in the first building on the left.
