The Diet:  (this is a suggested on the website, but some have lost weight without dieting at all).

 

Breakfast:       Tea or coffee in unlimited amounts without any sweetener (except Stevia) or creamer (1 Tablespoon of milk is allowed total in 24 hours). No food. (We suggest you do your shot first thing in the morning).

 

Lunch & Dinner:        (1 item from each of the 4 categories, eat different things at lunch and dinner).

 

            Meat/Protein:  100 g (a little under 4 oz) buffalo (no beef!), chicken (Breast only), veal white fish (no salmon or tuna), lobster, crab, shrimp or possible 3 egg whites and one yolk.  The meats must be cooked without any oil or additional fat substance.

 

            Vegetables:    Choose one: Spinach, Chard, Tomato, Chicory, Beet-greens, Celery, Cucumber, Onion, Fennel, Cabbage, Radish or Asparagus.

 

            Fruit:   One apple, ½ Grapefruit of handful of Strawberries.

 

            Starch:              One grissino breadstick or Melba toast (no other types).  If gluten-allergic may use 2 Tablespoons brown rice or one large gluten-free cracker.

 

            Beverages:  Drink lots of water all day, at least ½ gallon.  Teas and coffee are fine as above.  No juices!
