How much does it cost?

The simplest acupuncture treatments with no electricity are $50 and range up to $90 with electricity.  There is additional cost for the 'visit' itself.

Treatment may be performed at the time of an evaluation with the doctor and will be added to the visit fee as a separate charge.  Sometimes patients will come in just for acupuncture treatment after having been evaluated by the doctor previously, and the cost of a nurse visit is an added $27 in that case.

We strongly encourage every patient to contact their insurance company to see if any acupuncture services are covered and to what extent.  Many insurance carriers added acupuncture to their list of covered services for 2007 so be sure to check again if it was not covered in 2006.
