We are preferred providers for Blue Cross Insurance company only.  We do not accept Medicaid or Denali Kid Care.  We also do not bill any Auto Insurance or Worker's Compensation.

We bill most private insurances.

Payment for your noncovered portion, deductible, and services not payed by insurance will be due at the time of service.
